Custom Program Design & 1:1 Online Coaching is tailored and designed according to your schedule, flexibility, availability, experience, injury history, and life in general.

Once you join, I'll set up a shared spreadsheet with a detailed questionnaire covering everything that matters:
Once your program is ready, we keep working in the same spreadsheet — updated weekly based on your progress and feedback.
In addition, you will have WhatsApp access to me for the duration of your program to answer all of your questions, make tweaks to the program, help you conquer sticking points, and review videos of your lifts.
Process-wise is straightforward

📶 The communication is via WA since all the videos and messaging history are easy to manage and track there, also a "Life-happens" management and response, aka program update if needed.
❌ We're not into checking boxes or completing all the sessions back-to-back, just because "I've paid for it" - that's called "trash work" and leads to injury and overtraining.
